You might be here because :
Anxiety, triggers, or emotional reactions feel overwhelming or confusing.
You feel shame about behaviors you wish you could change.
You long to feel more connected to yourself, others, or maybe even God, but parts of your story make that complicated.
You’re walking through a difficult season and would like some practical tools and support.
You’re tired of trying harder and want healing that feels compassionate and sustainable.
Hi, I’m Jenny!
Emotional Health Life Consultant and Owner of JenYoko Consulting
For much of my life, I relied on trying harder to make sense of pain, overwhelm, and patterns I believed needed to be fixed.
The work that changed my life wasn’t about more effort. It was about having context that helped me understand I make sense and having reparative experiences in my heart and body, restoring what had been broken over time.
A Different Way to Heal
Many approaches focus on advice or behavior change.
While those can be helpful, having the context of how our nervous systems are wired and how our own stories have impacted us can open the door for more understanding and compassion for our reactions.
Also, many emotional wounds are held deeper in the nervous system, body, and heart, and they often need compassionate, reparative experiences for lasting healing to take place.
Client Testimonials
“I feel more in tune with myself after having sessions with Jenny. She helped me connect to my own heart and body signals so well, which has led to much deeper healing and healthier relationship with myself. I just appreciated Jenny’s compassion and non-judgmental presence during my sessions. I felt like I could say anything and she’d take it in stride, with gentleness and kindness.”
— Rebekah, North Carolina"Jenny is an amazing emotional health consultant. What has felt the most meaningful to me is realizing that I can still experience love even in the midst of pain. During my miscarriage, I questioned the Lord and felt upset about what was happening to me. But through this process, I've learned that even in my grief and confusion, I am still loved and taken care of. Becoming more aware of that has brought me comfort and helped me feel less alone."
— Client (Name withheld for privacy)“Working with Jenny was wonderful! She is super compassionate and a great listener. Looking deeper to explore roots of anxiety was a good surprise in our sessions, and building compassion and safety in the body was helpful. I’ve noticed positive shifts in myself as I’ve been working to build up feelings of safety and resources.”
