Midweek Slow-Down Space

Wednesdays at 4:30 pm HST | 7:30 pm PST

A midweek space to slow down, notice your body, and practice working with your nervous system.

*This offering is for adults age 18 and older only.

Life can move fast, and many of us spend a lot of time feeling on-the-go, tense, or overstimulated without even noticing. Sometimes, even when our day has slowed down around us, our bodies can feel stuck in the buzz of the day or week we’ve had.

This is a simple, low-pressure space where you can come as you are and practice slowing down.

Each session includes gentle guidance and body-based practices to help you:

  • Start to notice what’s happening in your body

  • Explore ways to respond more supportively

  • Build a relationship with your nervous system over time

This isn’t about quick fixes or doing anything perfectly.
It’s about practice, repetition, and giving your system a different experience.

What to expect:

  • A short check-in and orientation

  • Guided, choice-based practices

  • Occasional reflections to support your nervous system

  • Space to go at your own pace

You are welcome to keep your camera on or off.

Who this is for:

This space may be helpful if you’ve been feeling:
